We have several ways. Personally I am not sure about on-list voting because
of the email identity verification problem.
For non-binding straw polls we can use the Polling Facility in the Forum.
Every member can set up his own Poll.
For secure voting, we can use the Polling Booth, (www.pollingbooth.info) if
the Panel would agree.
