  Yes the DNSO GA voting method is ok depending on whom are
the "Watchdogs".  As you may recall the DNSO GA has had some
serious problems there on occasion.

  The "Voting Booth" by Joop T., has also met with very questionable
verification of registered voters or voters that are not really registered
as well as escrow of the voting database.

  I would recommend Surevote at: http://www.surevote.com/  which is very
similar to our [INEGroups] Voting mechanism..
