I have currently installed and am tinkering with a
streaming server application which may just allow for a
live webcast audience of thousands(!).  Not to get
anyone's hopes up, but I'm thinking it might be possible
to webcast any meeting we might please from Bucharest, as
long as there's a decent connection and someone with a
camera and appropriate software in place on that end.
