I believe the most appropriate thing to do do is to make the Forum hyperlink on
the masthead link to a forum index page which lists/describes the options in
forums, explaining the differences, perhaps providing list commands etc.,
_rather than a default striaght to the bulletin board forum as it currently
does. This is what ought to be done.
