[atlarge-discuss] Number of posts per day to list

I think 20 posts in one day to this list, responding to apparently a lot of
older messages, is not at all helpful.  I can see how one would want to
engage someone in a discussion, but there should be no need for anyone to
feel obligated to respond to every thing everyone says.     This tends to
drive membership in the list down, not up.
