The schedule is fine, but maybe I missed something: do we already know who
will host the elections, which system to use, etc.? I'd like, if we can make
it without being too late for July 27, to come out with a new election
charter which is final, ie already contains all details. In the past
election it was not so good to have to work out the election charter while
the election procedures had already started. I think that if you could come
up with a charter proposal by, let's say, end next week, we could then start
nominations the following week and still make it for end July.
