Regarding this thread:

I don't intend to get in the middle of the "who should pay whom what
argument," and this should in no way be construed as condemnation of anyone.
However I do believe that when we get a permanent Webmaster on board,
regardless of who it is, we should have a payment basis agreed to up front,
and good records should be maintained and available for examination upon
request by organization officers.  This probably needs to be in the bylaws,
I would think.
