  Very good point here Bruce!  It does far too often seem that this is
the case.  And sometimes there is justification, but mot times there
is not.

  I agree that condemning actions is better.  But we also not let
potential actions go unchecked either if they are obviously
intent of harm or have a potential for doing harm...  In other
words, as our president has ask all of us, americans and
non-americans alike, be vigilant!

  Indeed this should be done and also should be an automatic!

  Yes, if the party making such poorly phrased statements/comments
will comply and rephrase or state in a different fashion, than agreed
completely!  I think that forgetting whom made an statement/comment
or otherwise argument for a particular idea, is not possible to
not address when posting or proposing a retort or response..
Polite is always best, but sometimes not sufficient...
