CPSR's Norbert Wiener Award for Social Responsibility in Computing Technology 
is being awarded to Karl Auerbach for representing the public interest in 
domain name issues. 

The Dinner will follow the Conference:  Shrinking World, Expanding Net (being 
held at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Cambridge, 
Massachusetts).

Registrations for the dinner may be made without registering for the 
conference.
