This is how my in-laws in Thailand get online, through an Internet cafe (and
they just got their.  It seems to be a good solution for many low-wage
areas.  But at some point I'm hoping that computer technology becomes small,
cheap and pervasive enough that people who earn a living wage within their
culture can afford an Internet-connected computer.
