When you post to atlarge-discuss (or atlarge-panel, for that matter) 
with the address which is subscribed to the list, your message gets  
through automatically and as fast as the software can do it.

When you post from an address which is not subscribed to the list,  
your message is sent to the list "moderators" for approval (I 
approve everything non-spam for atlarge-discuss).  Usually, I 
approve as soon as I see them.  During the weeks, that shouldn't 
take longer th an a few hours as long as it's day time in Europe; on 
week-ends, delays may however go up to one or two days.

If you want to make sure that your messages make it to the list  
without any human intervention, all you need to do is to subscribe 
the address you are using to post to the list, and to unsubscribe  
the other address.

(It seems that Joey has already done that.)
