Richard and all stakeholders or other interested parties,

  This action could lead to confusion, though I know that that is not
your intent here Richard.  But perhaps you should have waited a bit
before taking such unilateral of and action without the members
approving...

  I understand that you are anxious to get outreach going again in in a
big way.  But perhaps a bit of patience would have been a better
approach...
