I would propose that holding a seat on both committee's management teams is
a clear conflict of interest.

Elected panelists Vivek Durai and YJ Park accepted their nomination to
ICANN Board (Erick Iriarte Ahon didn't) by the General Assembly of DNSO.

The GA list has a strict no-crossposting rule.
