Vittorio,
As a practical matter, I have not been able to comply with the schedule and
timeframe agreed by the Panel for deciding the organization name because I
don't have access to the Members List. Excuse me for making the assumption
that as the Panel asked me to undertake a procedure that requires consulting
the membership, that they were also granting me access to the tools
necessary in order to complete the job.
