I (and others) received two ballots.
Should I (we) return both?
How will the second ballot be counted?
Was the first ballot discarded?
Will we lose our votes if we do not return the second ballot?
Will we be counted twice if we do?
Are we to be accused of trying to vote twice, or do we risk losing our vote altogether?
