Re: [atlarge-discuss] Democratic process (was Re: [atlarge-discuss]encouragement)

Richard and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

Here here Richard! I whole heatedly agree!

The problem Joanna is having is Joanna's and Joanna's alone.
She has stated that she fears a suit from ICANN. That fear was
than, and is now, unwarranted. A Panel Chair should, and I believe
must, be able to stand up tall in the face of adversity, even though in this
instance, there was little or no adversity to stand tall to. I fail to
see how or why such a tiny scare such as Joanna is concerned with
unduly should impact the membership or any ongoing vote what so
ever. Let them sue! ICANN won't of course... And any sharp leader
would have known that instinctually... As we used to say in the
USMC, no guts, no glory... Meaning that if you can't or won't
swallow your fear, than you will be a mouse... Do we have a
mouse in the house? I hope not...
