Bruce and all stakeholders other interested parties and members,

  Respectfully, I would rather that Joanna stay resigned as to reverse
such a decision given the circumstances would perhaps bring
some shadow of suspicion upon the members that is not needed
at this time.

  Bruce, is this plea/request of yours a tacit admission that you
are unable to function without Joanna as chair or a member of
the Panel?  Please advise...
