Marc and all assembly members, stakeholders or other interested parties,

  It has been clear that ICANN wishes and has moved to consolidate
certain key power or control issues and technical aspects for the
purposes of controlling power in the hands of a very few.  This is
of course in contrast to the MoU.  Such a concentration has great benefits
and serious detractions.  It is obvious that more and more, the ICANN
BOD and staff prefer to take the risks involved despite their contracted
mandate which was recently extended for a one year period.  Hence
they likely feel a more expedient need to exercise their desire for
absolute control and that is being expressed harshly, and likely
not legally, towards the ccTLD's especially..  They are the weak sisters,
so to speak.  Banded together, these weak sister ccTLD's can be
a formidable deterrent to ICANN's power control desire...

  A word here to the wise of both sides should be sufficient...
