    Dear All,   

The InfoDev Conference Scholarship Fund will  finance fellowships for a total amount of 25'000 USD for the Pan European  Conference in Bucarest (7-9 November/Conference Website : http://www.wsis-romania.ro/).   

Information on these fellowships, selection  criterias and application form are available on http://www.geneva2003.org/home/events/bucharest2002/bourses.htm   

Please do inform your Eastern European Partners of  this possibility. Participants have to send their application before October  20.
