  I did not get the sense or idea from the post you reference to the
Panel list, that Jefsey was considering in any way that he was not
going to turn over ICANNATLARGE.ORG.

  As far as I know I also am on the WG-DNS group.  I do agree
to a degree with Jefsey due to a lack of our own Mailing list
software and site by which to run it, we cannot really adequately
have effective WG Lists.
