Here Here Hans! I also agree. However if Bruce wishes to ask for
a vote on such a letter by the members, I think that should be allowed
and is certainly appropriate although not needed... I would also kindly
ask Bruce not to call for such a vote by the members as it would
delay unduly needed actual work that needs to get done, and thereby
become legally and operationally divisive unnecessarily...
