[atlarge-discuss] Webmaster rules was: Re: [atlarge-discuss] Domain Name: icannatlarge.org

Norbert and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

I appreciate you for coming to Joops defense. But there really was
not need to do so, Norbert. He was and has not been attacked.
He has been repeatedly ask when the Keys would be turned over.
He did that some time ago to Bret as he indicated several times
now. But he was very slow in doing so.

As tot he Panel determining any Webmaster Rules, that is not within
their mandate or purview presently as the Panel were not elected to
do so. Such a decision as to what rules should be put into place,
as Joop earlier stated should be in the hands by vote of the members,
not the Panel.
