Judyth and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,

  I did get Jefsey's message/post on this and I responded back
asking him a couple of questions along similar lines a your Judyth.

  I also called for nominations for the WG-DNS chair as well
as the WG-Web chair in two previous posts separate from
Jefseys.

  I will repeat those still unanswered questions again:

1.) What election or panel vote authorized this election?

2.) What "Chair" position/s are we nominating members for?

3.) Whom are the watchdogs?

4.) What is the election process that the Panel voted on to use and
     where in the Panel archives is this documented?

  So until these relevant questions can be answered I fail to see how
this "Reminder" and original call for nominations is legitimate.
