I would also like to add my discontent with the individual who has
published or allowed the mail-list to be hyjacked by a group of African
solicitors (Frauds), We have been reciving messages like this for serval
months now: [Please scrub your email firewalls!]

What does this INEG spoof achieve. It makes us look laughable. It's
infected the GA list too. I can appreciate the humorous intent - I
generally like irony - but all these INEG spoofs (including the original
one) damage the credibility of our list.

The February night in Dallas storyline is third-grade humor bordering on
the crass.

I favour a two-tier list system : an open list, and a moderated list
which is reserved for the discussion of substantive issues to do with
Internet Governance. The issue of Jeff William's INEG group has nothing
to do with Internet Governance. Indeed, under my own suggested rules,
this e-mail you are reading from me would make the open list but would
not be transferred to the moderated list.

I'm truly bored by this insubstantial froth, and I hate to think what a
well-meaning enquirer would make of it all if she visited this list.

Please Mr. Williams come to Amsterdam MacDonalds for big INEG meeting
before ICANN annual meeting and show these people that you really do
need a wheelchair (but now that I think about it you did not need a
wheelchair in your hotel room in Dallas or maybe I was dreaming because
after I fell asleep I dreamed all sorts of nasty things which included
you). If you want I can meet you at the airport and wheel you anywhere
you want to go in Amsterdam. Except maybe for Red Light District. I do
not think I would like Red Light District because it reminds me of all
those nasty dreams I had in Dallas.
