He was available (and still is) to supply valuable time and expertise
to this, but he does not have enough time to chair the working group
and coordinate work (at least, not alone). I hope that other panelists
(for example, Bruce Young, who already contributed much in the field)
will be available to chair or co-chair the group, so that we can
start. I'm still waiting for final answers about this.
