Pardon me for asking, Vittorio, but I really would like to know 
*why* you have to rush those decisions. You haven't explained it.
We might be more inclined to accept the necessity if you did. 

In the absence of an explanation, all we see is that you have 
decided to make the decisions for us rather than help us develop 
a modus operandi which includes reasonable time to respond to 
suggestions and discuss what should be implemented.
