Anyway, the site is not developed yet

But the urgent need of the At Large is to create an alliance of
organisations and websites like Danny Younger's new regional initiative, and
the huge diverse multiplicity of user voices which, if brought together,
constitute a powerful force.

The REAL At Large is the millions of ordinary users OUTSIDE Icann who have a
right to be heard.
