Please get your facts straight, Richard.

The General Assembly as a formal element of ICANN's bylaws does not
exist any more.  The mailing list continues (and will continue) to
operate. For the latest postings, please go to:

http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc11/maillist.html

In order to subscribe, send an e-mail to majordomo@dnso.org, with
the words "subscribe ga".  It's still the same procedure as before.

(It seems, however, like there is no current ga-full archive.  I
don't like that particular decision very much, but I can live with
it.)
