Dear Panel members,

I thought this group's rules called for a resigning Panel
member to be automatically replaced from the list of
losing candidates in the last Panel election.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, and post the list of
current Panel members indicating which ones have not yet
voted on the motion and by what date the vote will be
closed.
