This assumption is dangerously wrong.  Please check out the Forum and see 
that 235 registered members have expressed enough interest to subscribe to it.
Here on this list, we don't know how many we are. We don't even know who 
are subscribed.
Several members, DPF as the latest, have asked for such information but 
received no reply from the listowner.

Making the subscribers to this untransparent list "more equal" than the 
other icannatlarge members goes completely against the good intentions of 
having a membership democracy, I'm sorry to say.

A quorum of this list can only make decisions about this list, not about 
anything outside it.
