| AFAIK, members who have not resigned yet are: Jefsey, Bruce, Edmundo,

| and myself. Quorum is 60% of 7 = 5 votes.

| I think it's better to separate practicalities (such as who runs the
| election and when) from the main decision - so let's just decide
| whether we want to dissolve our panel now, or call the replacements in
| (but if we successfully fill the gaps, then we'll have no elections in
| the short term).
| 
| So the motion is just:
| 
| "The Panel approves that elections for a new icannatlarge.org Panel
| are to be held as soon as practically possible, notwithstanding the
| original deadline for the present Panel."
