Jim and all fellow members,

  Two very good questions here Jim.  They demand answers.  I would
bet that there will either be no definitive answers, or these questions
will be ignored all together...

  I am in agreement that we need to be sending a strong message
to ICANN.  However first we have to be a legal organization if
we have any reasonable expectation of consideration.
