Dear Jim,

Nice as it is to see you on the list, I wonder about postings
like this. Are you a) recommending or b) deploring allocation
of seats by religion?

BTW, that should be "Islamic" or "Moslem" in second place, and
the formula does not take into account that some of the most
vicious fighting in human history takes place between rival
sects of the same religion - Catholic vs. Protestant, Sunni
Moslem vs. Shi'ite Moslem, etc. - which makes it unlikely
that such a model would be useful.
