Mmm. That would surely result in a solid core of dedicated practitioners of direct democracy.

An ideal group to bootstrap an At Large Charter, that then can be joined by members worldwide, all interested in active participation.

But how about membership status for those who do not always participate, but who may support the democratic icannatlarge effort financially?
