The ( ccNSO ) is really nothing new except it's name, formerly known
as the ( ccSO ? ) In any event this has been in the planning and discussion
stages for some time. Hence Danny I am a bit amazed that you would
characterize this Supporting Organization as something "New" or unexpected.

Here is where the real problem is with the ( ccNSO ). Such a supporting
organizations who's ONLY members are ccTLD managers is devoid of
adequate and likely accurate input of the actual stakeholders/ccTLD Domain
Name holders/Stekeholders and users... Hence such an organization in this
form cannot reasonably or factually represent all interested parties
as the MoU and White Paper require.
