I am grateful for being nominated, but regret to say that I am not offering
myself as a candidate at the present time. I did indicate several months ago
that I would not be standing for re-election.  I remain fully behind the
ideals and aspirations of this organisation and I hope I can continue to
contribute to its goals. The need for true representation of internet users
in the administration of the DNS is essential to safeguard 'our' internet
(in its multiplicity of forms) from capture by commercial, political and
military entities.
