They have? When was this vote upon by ALL or ANY of
the members officially Joop? I may agree that your opinion is
correct here, but to out of hand make such a declaration as you
often seem to do, is less than honest and not representative of
what the Members may actually feel or desire.

Nothing has stopped any member here form participating and
providing comments are input regarding ICANN's bylaw changes.
It may be true that such comments/input would be largely ignored,
bu still the bylaws comment list for ICANN is available for such
comment/input.

This is a very good point. Yet we cannot say for a certainty that
the ALAC is not global yet.

Geographical division is not the/an actual issue geographical
diversity is. The politics of such is only than important.

I agree here. Other members here may not however. Hence yet again
Joop we really do not know at this juncture where this fledgling
organization stands on any issue to date as there has been no
official vote on such issues or considerations.
