Richard and all fellow stakeholders/users ALAC "Members?" or other interested
parties,

 Richard is correct here. The ALAC could not possibly speak for
stakeholders/users as it does not allow for individual stakeholders/users
to join as members and vote individually.  The ALAC is essentially
structured as a "Trade Association".

 The ALAC certainly does not speak, or in any way represent the
INEGroup members.
