Re: [atlarge-discuss] Bylaws Discussion

Many thanks Danny. I will also post them, Article by Article, at
www.icannatlarge.co.uk but I haven't had time to do so yet. I personally
think that as an organisation we should work on several models and then let
the members choose.

What I aim to do is set out my Poll-centred version article by article on
linking pages, so people can work together to develop this version.

Thanks also for your very sharp (and challenging!) outline of further
clauses that may well be required. I really appreciated that input.

So basically, I'm working on constructing a Poll-centred constitution, and I
hope this may be *one* option for people to vote on.

Needs a lot of work. In the end, we just want our membership to choose...
but I *do* favour them at least having a choice, not just one version
imposed by the panel to vote yes or no on.

Thank you, as ever, for your energy and sharpness.

regards,

Richard H
