The fact that you're working on a website on "the formatting of e-mail
messages" suggests you've got too much time on your hands

I know you're really keen on taxonomy and protocols and the etiquette, but
please remember that some of us are just pragmatists and don't really worry
much as long as we can spell the difficult words

I have long admired your curmudgeonly intolerance of those of us who are
shambolic, untidy and generally more interested in getting out in the sun!
