Dear All and Polling Comittee

I only ask myself these questions:
Does the Panel decide how many members should have the Panel?  
Don't they believe that is a decision of all the members?  
Was not it already spoken much of the direct democracy of the members?  
Will we begin with wrong step?

  True, if such a provision is written into the bylaws and meeting
  procedures for the organisation.  Off course the bylaws would need to
  cover the appointing of proxies also.  Personally I'd rather just see
  the number set at 6 and the matter simplified.
