Yes, indeed....  And also possibly ghost candidates to serve along side
and create the illusion of leadership.  But as for Utopia, there would
be no need for Verification since every Citizen would be totally honest
and open as to their Identity and there would be no assumption of
collusion springing to mind at even the strangest of situations.  Too
bad that isn't the case in RL (Real Life) and eventually there will well
be a need for verification of all voter registrations.

Good afternoon Abel,
How is the weather in Utopia? Here in the real world, it seems a
saboteur
has used pseudonyms to create imaginary friends to vote him in. Possible
right? But if it's up to candidates to run the way they want, as you
say,
that would be OK with you, right? If not, it would be crucial to verify
not
only the person who has been elected, but also those who voted for him.
Something for the Verification Committee's to think about.....
