Walter and all fellow members,

  Like some of his countrymen Jefsey cannot decide which of his
own stories is fact and which is fiction.  Hence his statement
regarding the need or lack there of for "Watchdogs" ,which by the
was don't actually officially exist yet.  But that is of little ethical
consequence to Jefsey, Eric, and unfortunately Bruce as well.
