Sotiris and all fellow members,

  First of all there has yet to be an legitimate election for a new
Panel to date.  Second, any Panel member does NOT have the
mandate of the members to act independently in any way thus far,
hence any such decision would require a vote of the members
before said action could be legitimately enacted for this
fledgling organization.
