Jefsey and all fellow members,

  Drunks often make worldly decisions at the bar.  Wineo's do so
as well and they don't even need a bar to do it!  >:)  What should be
the point is that drunks and wineo's wisdom and knowledge base
is not something that stakeholers/users would be wise to
attend to.

  Of course I am sure that perhaps the French Wine industry would
welcome more wineo's in important positions as the French Wine
industry of late is in serious trouble financially due to a huge reduction
in sales in the US and GB.  >:)
