Committee that met the following criteria:-

a) Third party documentation - Paper trail, payment sent or received through
financial institution, Thawte certification, digital certificate.
b) The candidate is known personally by a Member who has already been ID
verified.
c) The candidate has submitted themselves to any kind of independent
verification process on request.
d) A Verified Member (meaning any of those any already listed with the
