Dear Walter,
I agree with you. The whole issue is simple. My hubris made me decide that 
this community was worth spending time and ressources as no one did before, 
to put it back on its netocratic track and go. But I allways made clear 
that in so doing I prefered the list dead than manipulated.

The sentence you quote intends only to say: your vote on something usually 
routinely unanimous shows that you known this was not finished, otherwise 
why to delay two participations to the Panel, to abstain or vote against, 
when actually is considered is your formal and normal acceptation of our 
powers and of our duties we voted a long ago."

Now, as I pologized for it and explained, I had to use the word "blunder" 
for immediate reasons. Now the action is finished, you can replace it by 
"action" to get the sentence its intended meaning. BTW I certainly accept 
that what I carried yesterday was a sucessfull coup against manipulators.

We needed it. It would be dictatorship if I used it to my own benefit.
I dont think it is because I consider this terminated what I could do as a 
Member.
And I am able now to resignate from the Membership and become a foreign 
observer.
May be will I come back as a Member if this develops in the way I wish it 
to you.
