Please find below a list of motions and topics under discussion.

Please be aware that in order to have faster and easier overview of the
processes going on the mails should have one of the following headings
in order to be part of the listing:

Topics that do not have these headings fall under "discussion" and can
turn into a motion and subsequent vote but do not need to.

For motions I have proposed myself I will ask Daniel Chirita to chair
the vote on those motions. Daniel please confirm if you have the time to
do so, if not I will ask the next in line who does have time.

We also in the light of busy schedules need to revisit the rotation
schedule, pls post your avaliable or desired dates to the list.

Voting will be done as agreed upon earlier and in the light of
accountability (members can see what happens whilst a vote is running)
on the panellist, until another voting method is proposed and accepted
by the panel.
