Ricahard and all fellow members,

  I must support Jeff H.'s, suggestion and add upon it that a need
for a legitimate election of proper "panel" members as it has
become absolutely and terribly clear that the Jefsey-election
farce has only created a bigger set of more problems than
we can afford or had previously.
