Re: [atlarge-discuss] REPORT on MOTION 2003-11 webmaster

Abel and all fellow members,

  Yes some comments or revisions:

First, no such resolution has been approved by the members to date
and as a membership organization such must be done before any such
resolution can be considered legitimate.

Second, it is really obvious that any member related information
must have an opt-out and/or Opt-in ability in order to adequately
protect any member for either inadvertent data regarding any
member to be made available on the Web page in accordance
with most US legal precepts and new one on the way. This
illegitimate resolution/motion has not such provision presently
and therefore presents a unnecessary danger to any member.

Third as Danny, myself, Jeff H., and other members have
pointed out there are no bylaws in place to date nor a
charter. As such any motions that may be considered
are of very questionable validity legally speaking.
